Jumpstart the year with Healthy Practices.

Can’t fit exercise into your day? The YMCA staff exercise physiologist will lead you through a series of simple movements that you can do at work. We will show you how to stretch muscles, reduce stress and improve your work day.

Enjoy healthy soup, salad, herbal teas, gourmet coffees, juices and snacks as you network.

After the event you can work out on cardio and strength training equipment in the Y’s Wellness Center, take a mini personal training session, attend an exercise class, or network some more!

7:00 PM - 9:00 PM Additional Networking, Work Out on Your Own in the Y Wellness Center

What should I wear? Business clothes fine. Locker rooms are available for changing.

12 exhibit tables are available ($45 NJAWBO member $60 non-member). Fee includes 1 attendee. YMCA will provide tables (tables are 4ft & 6 ft). Exhibitors would need to be set up by 5pm. We reserve the right to limit businesses from exhibiting that are in direct competition with the YMCA’s programs and services.
